These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shopping List mobile app (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

Shopping List is a free tool that lets you create and manage shopping lists on your device. You may use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use it only in ways that are lawful and that do not misuse or interfere with the App.

Your content

Any lists, products, and categories you create in the App belong to you and are stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or back up this content. You are solely responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups if you wish to retain it.

No account required

The App does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. Because your data lives only on your device, we cannot recover it if it is lost, for example after uninstalling the App or clearing its data.

Intellectual property

The App, including its name, design, and software, is owned by the developer and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such change or discontinuation.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Third-party stores

If you download the App from the Google Play Store, your use is also subject to the applicable store’s terms and policies, in addition to these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
