This Privacy Policy explains how the Shopping List mobile app (the “App”) handles your information. We built the App with privacy in mind: it does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you create in the App stays on your device.

• Your lists, products, and categories are stored only on your phone.
• We do not have servers that receive your data.

Information we collect

None. The App does not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other personal information. There is no registration and no login.

Data you create in the App

Any content you add — such as shopping lists, products, quantities, and categories — is saved locally on your device using your phone’s on-device storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or to any third party. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this information is permanently deleted.

How your data is stored

All App data is kept in a local database on your device. We do not operate any backend service, cloud sync, or remote database for the App, so there is no copy of your data anywhere other than your phone.

Third-party services

The App does not integrate analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and it does not send your information to third parties. If the App is distributed through the Google Play Store, Google may collect certain technical information (such as installs or crash data) under Google’s Privacy Policy. That data is handled by Google, not by us.

Permissions

The App only uses the device permissions required for it to function. It does not access your contacts, location, camera, or microphone for the purpose of collecting personal data.

Children’s privacy

The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. It is safe for users of all ages.

Your control over your data

Because all data lives on your device, you are always in full control. You can edit or delete your lists at any time within the App, or remove all data by uninstalling the App or clearing its storage in your device settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
